Processing Times
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
During busy periods, such as seasonal promotions or holidays, dispatch may take slightly longer. We will always do our best to send your order as quickly as possible.
UK Delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are usually 2–3 working days, depending on the delivery service used and your location.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, bank holidays, adverse weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the size, weight, and value of your order.

Order Tracking
Where a tracked delivery service is used, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may need to charge additional postage to resend it.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will help investigate.
Please allow reasonable time for delivery delays, particularly during busy periods. A parcel will only be treated as lost once the courier’s stated claim period has passed.
Damaged Items
We take care to package all items securely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- a description of the damage
- clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging
We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
